July 21-375 NFL Ladder Drills-7:55 A.M-8:08 A.M-2 continuos Jump Rope-8:13 A.M-8:46 A.M-2683!1183-1500!1341.5-1342 Avg-finished strong!Took it easier today because do not want to reaggrivate muscle-Bike-ball drills-SmallTire-Small Box Jumps-Abs.On July 22,Abs,Ladder,Jump Rope,ball drills,some light plyos and what body can take.Holding off on sprints-Trying to have lighter day because of gastric muscle .Routes this week.Excited to go out and get tape of me on routes.Rest and Ice later-Will do more quick drills with feet and routes while healing up muscle.Hard for me to rest fully,so this is my 75 percent⚓.I Do have to hold off a little so I can make sure I can be 100 percent coming up-⚓⭐Getting stronger and healing -looking to run routes on next Wed at Fawcett or WalshI Would like to thank my friends and family that has shared my video-not just the important on on July 16 and 17;but all of them-Keep Sharing!!!Need all the oppurtunity I can get-Been setting a goal and it starts with Arena Season instead of just 2 games and not with a team that folds up in CIFL or UIFL -Only a few teams good in CIFL-IFL takes care of players and some players that have sane mindset and Goal for NFL-Journey and Destination-All IFL coaches Listen-Scouts-League-I mean EVERYTHING that I say!!!Get that on film of running routes-No more Talking about politics of sports-Fighting Through it and being the change I need to be for this everyday-More Focused -Watch arena film,Different ways to work on fast twitch muscles-This is one of my sanctuarys where I do not think of problems-Doing that and routes at Walsh-Im zoned in-Muscle Healing-⚓Train with sled,more routes, and speed training using some of the Barwis Methods training.Helps me with fast twitch and gets me ready even when things get tough.Heal up better more and more-HANGING TOUGH-STAYING HUNGRY➕⛪
