July 27th, 1981.........Randy Rhoads and the Ozzy Osbourne band arrive in Toronto, Ontario! That evening the show is played at Torontos legendary Maple Leaf Gardens! Opening the show is Motorhead as well as a Canadian band by the name of Queen City Kids. Capacity 16 485. Attendance 12000 +. Rudy Sarzo on his bandmate Randy Rhoads playing the Maple Leaf Gardens show.... I can honestly say that every single show that I saw Randy perform with Ozzy was outstanding, but there was always something extra special about his performances when the audiences understood and reacted to his remarkable musicianship. This night in Toronto was no exception as Randys soaring guitar inspired the whole band to perform one of the most high energy shows to date! (PB.)
