July 30, 2013 Tuesday Fluffing my pillows tonight and looking forward to Football Season for my awesome, wonderful, handsome Dylan Jeremiah Scott, who is also my great grandson. He will be playing for the North Hall Middle School Jr. Trojans this year and boy is he excited and so are we. The grueling schedule starts this week and so does my exercise classes, which will be the hours during Dylan’s practice. Thanking God they are practicing from at the North Hall Community Center which is near our home. There is an exercise room inside where Lisa and I can go during this time to buff up!!! Bawahahaha. Anyway, we will exercise some. My brother, Bob Carithers and his beautiful wife Phyllis, are having Christmas at their new home this year for the entire Carithers family. There are usually about 40 or so there and therefore you always want to look your best, unless you are having it at your home and you can blame your disheveled look on all that hard work. I wrote a little ditty for this occasion. Lisa and I have three months to correct these muffin tops we collected before the Christmas dinner. So here you go folks. “Christmas is coming and not only is the Goose getting fat. I tried on my last year’s outfit and could not even wear the hat! My wrist aren’t what they used to be, they now look like my thighs. My glasses have gotten tighter…guess I gained weight in my eyes. But my Grandma Johnston would still love me; she was so very, very neat. Heck, even if I gained weight she would say “on you honey it is all sweet meat.” Bawahahaha. Don’t want the sweet meat anymore thank you Grandma Johnston. ;-) Goodnight, sleep tight and don’t let the bedbugs bite. See you in the morning at 5:30AM at the paper box and we will have coffee and talk about anything but exercise or diets!! I love and adore all of you.
