July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, a good time to tell you about the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal, my harmless brother who had paranoid schizophrenia. Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped by the government) and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail, where he was hidden from his family and social worker for 18 days while he suffered and died under yet undisclosed circumstances.
