July really snuck up on us this year, and in just a couple of weeks it’s off to Napa as I once again join up with my Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) Team Challenge teammates to run (okay, maybe walk) in the Napa to Sonoma Half Marathon. This is the 5th consecutive year our family has participated in the event, and thanks to you we’ve raised an average of $10,000 each of the previous four years in an effort to find a cure for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
