I incorporate by reference all factual details previously provided. Because you scare me in my personal safety, I report. All of my personal information is the same. This is a privacy report, which you ordered me to disclose at the direct threat of being taken prisoner if I do not so “report”. I’ve been working a lot more lately, 4-5 shifts a week, with the exception of this week. I took of days to: 1) attend my cousins’ high school graduation in Palmdale (L.A. County); and 2) kid sit my cousin Denise’s kids while she her husband, Rick Gimmestad, a senior fire-fighter in Palmdale, went to Laughlin. Last Christmas my aunt and I gave them a “watching the kids for a long weekend” gift, which they finally took us up on. To confirm, Denise’s contact number is: 661-267-6075. In the spirit of full disclosure, many times I’ve been invited to go to family and friend birthday parties and kids sporting events over your county, not my district, borders. Because you’ve threatened to take me prisoner for doing so, I have not. For independent verification you may contact my friend Polly Anna Bernardino, to whom I have fully disclosed yourself dictated terms and conditions of my current county-custody. Her contact number is: 661-714-4011. When we met May 2, 2007 you mentioned something about a “psychological” thing. I don’t know what is in your files about the governments’ private, classified “me” exams, but I’ve attached a 2002 four month federal report from Drrs. Landis and Newman in the event that critical document has been removed from your files. I’ve also attached 2004 report from my private psychologist in Solvang, Doug Smith. I went back to him after my 12-31-03 release. Also, before we last met I took the initiative to go back to a private counselor, Fran Wilson, at College of the Canyons. I did that for me. Next, I got a speeding ticket last week and some complainer sheriff sued me for allegedly going “approximately 70 in a 55.” A copy is attached. I’d like to follow the instructions on the back of that complaint to address it, but your county-counterpart (Probation Guzman) threatened to take me prisoner in a similar situation. May I here?
