June 4, 2013 was officially our first day in business as El Fuego!! We have been learning the business, equipment, and employees and now are ready to take it to the next level. We will be offering daily specials M-F along with a weekly special new item. The weekly special will be on Facebook and on our marquis. This week special is our Chicken Chipotle Taco. Grilled chicken breast topped with romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, chipotle sauce and queso fresca (Spanish term for "fresh cheese") The goal of the new weekly item is to see what people think before we make menu changes. We want our friends, family and fans to enjoy the ride with us so we can become your favorite Mexican restaurant!!!
