June Structured Women Yoga Schedule 六月份女性瑜伽時間表 各位親愛的同學, 久違了,各人可好? 我編寫WingQI 女性系列瑜伽班由六月份地點時間有以下改動: 星期五 Friday 1:30pm - 2:30pm (Starts June 14, 2013) Yin & Restorative Yoga - 強化骨骼 體質, 深層舒緩經絡, 通經絡活血, 排毒 work on prana, tendons & deep tissues release and recovery. Balance women hormonal system, de-stress, detoxify ; Deep breath & Stretch followed by rejuvenate relaxation restorative series - beneficial for all levels. 星期六 Saturday 10:00am - 11:10am (on going) Hatha Yoga Fusion - slow flow, guiding breathing , proper warm ups, basic asana, yoga therapy, followed by restorative relaxation to balance mood & hormone, detox, de-stress, improve sleeping quality & breathing (all levels) 星期六 Saturday 11:15am - 12:00pm (add on) - on going SoFIT FigureRobics - 45 mins total body conditioning, combined with Fun DanceFIT : cardio & Latin, Zumba Fitness, and FigureRobics series for burn. Focus on learning proper warm ups , postures, alignment improvement, exercising , foundation, cardiofit in a fun and safe environment.
