Junior Primary Foundation Phase Puppet Show: On Tuesday 17th September, Heather from Puppet World will be presenting a show titled Safari Fun. It is always a privilege to watch her well-prepared and well-thought-out shows. This one will focus on animals and birds of the African Bush and make special mention of rhino poaching. It will be presented in the Pre-school hall. The cost is R20 per child and we will begin at 10:30. Please send the money to your child’s class teacher as soon as possible. Grades 1 and 2 Mini-Boys’ Hockey: Last week on Wednesday, the boys took part in a day/night festival at Merchiston. The grade 1s played 3 matches; they drew one and won two. The Grade 2s also played 3 matches; they lost one and won two. Thank you to all the parents who transported and supported. On Tuesday, 10th September, the boys played in a hockey festival at Treverton. Both the Grades 1 and 2 played 3 matches. They both drew one and won two. The boys all played very well and it is wonderful to see how their ball skills have developed throughout the term. Well done boys!
