Junior Tax Associate (Charlotte, NC) - Our client, an award-winning regional firm with a history spanning over 125 years and with over 200 lawyers in five offices, is looking for a talented and well-credentialed junior tax associate (1st or 2d year) to join their Charlotte office. Must have LLM in taxation or be a licensed CPA. Bulk of work will focus on corporate and partnership tax law, and will include structuring M&A transactions; reviewing M&A agreements; preparing partnership LLC operating agreements; and helping out on federal and state controversy matters as needed.
