Together, we create Worlds. bigtomorrow.net Job description General Description: As a Designer at Big Tomorrow, you will collaborate across disciplines to create fantastic experiences for users. In this role you’ll get exposure and hands-on contact with senior leaders, the opportunity to work with a talented and diverse group of designers, and the chance to have a profound and positive impact. At Big Tomorrow, you’ll participate in all phases of the idea-to-market lifecycle: from project planning to user research, from concept development to prototyping, and work directly with partners to steward designs through development, testing and launch. Your Role: As Designer, you will support current work on an education engagement that requires a deft hand and ability to work iteratively in Photoshop, Illustrator and other creative tools to create a curriculum-based digital learning platform. This position is located in our Potrero Hill, San Francisco location, reports to the Design Lead and is advised by the Studio Principal, Creative. Your Experience: • 1 - 3 years of Graphic Design experience • BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent. Portfolio required. • Proficiency on a Mac using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Work collaboratively in teams and across discipline • Ability to interact with client partners to assess project needs, offer additional solutions and manage deadlines • Ability to create and follow design guidelines • Positive personality with high energy level • Strong attention to detail; high standard of quality • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple deadlines and projects at once • Be a self-starter and problem solver • Roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty To Apply: Please send us your Resume PDF, Portfolio (Web-sight, PDF or File link) with a brief description of why you are interested in working with us to [email protected]
