Just a brief little rant on the importance of having respect for folks that share walls, floors/ceilings, pipes and other aspects that come along with an apartment building: Though I would never expect one to stop their living or change their schedule based on mine, I do expect them to remove their shoes past midnight, I expect them to NOT constantly attempt to smack a nail into cement block at 3:30am, I expect them to refrain from throwing things across the room which creates a scraping sound on their hardwood floor resulting in an amplified scraping sound on our bedroom ceiling and I would just like to think that people have more consideration for others. Day 5 of sleeping on the couch attempting to catch some shut-eye at 11pm for 7:30am mornings...Day 5 of sleeping on the couch attempting to catch some shut-eye at 11pm for 7:30am mornings and failing to gain any sort of minuscule silence until 3:30am. New Tenants from Hell-5, Becky-0, pissed & exhausted. GET ME OUT OF HERE! Moving day: 18 days. If you live in an apartment building, I encourage you to evaluate your respect for the people that also pay to live there. So far, this month, Ive paid for no sleep. That was not brief at all. As you were.
