Just a brief update for you all: It is my second week in Hong Kong and I am having the most unbelievable time. I have met so many interesting and inspiring people and have experienced so much of this city in such a short time. My job here is fascinating as well. For one, it is my first desk job! I have never worked in an office before and wanted to have that experience and know what it is like, try something new. I am working on a project related to corporate diversity and have been gaining so much knowledge on the complexities of diversity within the Asian Pacific region and the unique situations in each country. My work here has been fascinating and I feel as if I am actually contributing something. Fortunately I have a background on Asian politics and history or else I would not have been able to do this job!! Hong Kong is a beautiful city with so much to offer; nature, shopping, culture, restaurants, and people from all corners of the globe. I absolutely love it here!! Hope everyone is enjoying their summer and doing whatever it is that makes you smile :) xoxoNat
