Just a few hours ago my car caught on fire sporadically underneath the hood of the car on the highway. After pulling over and running out of the car as fast as I could I came to the realization that the unexpected does happen. There are many things that could of happened to keep me from being here at this moment. Fortunately, I was able to come out of the experience unscathed and unharmed. Im not posting this on Facebook to get people to feel sorry for me because honestly I barely post on here anyways but I want people to know the unexpected DOES happen and if we arent prepared or ready for it youre setting yourself up for failure and devastation. To be honest, Im not depressed about having to work significantly more now to be able to afford a new car and what not, I just feel beyond blessed to still be here and to still be breathing right now. Negative things are going to happen in life thats just a part of it but always remember its not about what happens to you, its how you respond to it. I hope this helps someone whos facing a barrier or challenge in their life where they want to give up or see no hope. I want you to know that youre not alone, and that things will get better no matter what the problem.
