Just a few things...well maybe another book, lol. First...with the new expansion just around the corner - burn out seems to be the word I hear the most. Its depressing and hard to keep motivated when so many are feeling blah towards the game. Let me encourage you all that its still current content and we can still achieve some wonderful things. Second, I need everyone to be an active part of the guild. I am feeling a bit overwhelmed lately and need for everyone to continue to step up and help out. If you see something that needs to be done please help or at least check with me or one of the council members. Third, we need to continue inviting others. We need to grow - things happen and we cant rely on just the ones that are active now because if real life gets in the way then we are suddenly much smaller. When the new expansion comes out I will begin to remove inactive players, sigh even the ones I know and love, that have not been on in 9 months or longer. That will greatly reduce the size of our guild. Message me if you do not want that to be you!! Fourth, I will always say and mean this...we are a social guild. Raiding is a secondary option for those that want to put in more work. Unfortunately, raiding and social do not always go hand in hand. Raiding is work. If you want to raid and your numbers are suffering then ask me, David, or Matt for help. Just be aware that we ask that you follow our instructions. If you only half do what we say then you are wasting both our time and yours. We are all three heroic raiders and have done so for quiet some time. We also have multiple toons with experience. If we cant answer your questions - we know who to ask. Its discouraging to spend the time helping just to be told no that doesnt work when we know it does work. Real life comes before game. It always will. But be aware that if you commit or dont continue to improve then you are letting your friends down. Yes, friends. We are your friends....some of you spend more time with online friends than you do real life ones! :P Pass on the hugs! And know that I love you all!! What a wonderful group of people we have!!
