Just a few thoughts... Couple of things. If you are a creeper or make inappropriate comments on this page, you WILL be blocked. No time or patience for that kind of stuff. No, I dont have any extra diffusers or oil laying around. I purchase everything in my line of work. I am independent, so PLEASE stop asking. No, I cant give you a free massage. I love giving therapy but come on yall really? I get asked everyday. I only have so much gas in my tank. I dont ask for your services to be free. It has taken me forty something years to come to a place where I truly dont care what people think. If you make assumptions about me, I promise you will probably be wrong everytime. I have no agenda, dont expect anything from anyone. My life pretty much is an open book. You get what you see. I pull no punches. I tell the truth. My whole focus is to teach sustainable living and true health. Anything else is not even on my radar. The most important thing my father taught me was to protect my family name and image at all cost. Your family name is to be honored. Once lost, its something you cant back. My whole philosophy is treat people the way you want to be treated. Yes, I am human and probably going to fail, but not by lack of trying. I have had people the last few days make me question is this whole campaign or mission worth it. I am still is a recovery process, getting my body whole. It is a total mind, body and soul thing. When frustrations come it is becoming more apparent that the ole devil is shaking in his boots. He had my mind and body for 20 years and lost it, I learned valuable lessons climbing out of the deep dark hole. Trust me, I am not going back, going to shout I found the way out to the top of my lungs. Many of my friends are still lost/trapped. Breaks my heart. I have learned a painful lesson too, sometimes people are in your life for a season. They are meant to teach us lessons. I also am learning if you allow yourself to be open, God aligns the right people in your life. I have met some amazing people of late. Lastly, being offended. Boy, that is a hard one. Usually when offense is taken is because something does not line up with your lifes perspective. Remember, take a step back, look at the big picture. Who are you or even who am I to tell you how to run your life? My life isnt yours. What works for me may not work for you. I take ownership, responsibility for all aspects of my life. I am not responsible for anything else. I do not owe anyone anything. You wouldnt believe the things people ask me to help them with, truly, it blows my mind.
