Just a little rant: if you post your work in a forum and ask for critque you need to have a thick enough skin to handle it. If you truly want to improve in your skills, you CANNOT take it personally when someone gives an honest, educated opinion and remove your post because you didnt like what you were told. I, for one, will not just say great job or nice work if I can clearly see where there is room for improvement. Im not being rude or mean. I, and most of us here, are truly trying to help you. It benefits the entire industry when we help each other improve. You must also remember that what I, or any one else writes, doesnt always come across as intended like it would were we speaking face to face. Ok off my soap box now.
