Just a little update on my green smoothie revolution. Lost another 2 pounds this week, Blood sugar is still under 150 and feeling great. My stress level is high because of the Miami Heat but I love that team. This is my recipe for today. This is a real zinger for the mornings. 2 cups dandelion greens ( found in any large grocery store,) 2 stalks celery, 1/2 inch fresh gingerroot, 2 peaches, 1/2 pineapple. Blend and enjoy. This is great when you blend with ice.
