Just a message to the hideous and unpleasant ballet critic behind me at the NYCB gala this past Tuesday. I was there to see and honor this wonderful company because I was invited to stage a ballet with Ms. Kistler that was made for me and her and several other wonderful dancers who were all very successful principle dancers. The dancers whom we staged it for was truly a privilege. And I have to say it was a true honor. There will be a second cast in a couple of weeks. Morgen is one of my favorite ballets that I have danced in my past and it was beautifully danced at the gala. While watching this critic who knew I was sitting in front of him harrumphed and was knowingly loud in his remarks through the whole ballet. Not only with Morgen but with every other ballet in the evening. I turned around several times and made sure he knew I was in front of him. Did he care ......No. I ask why? Why? If you do not like coming to watch these incredible dancers and the history that is being carried on and past on by people who care about this wonderful company, then why do you come? He actually insulted several dancers out loud. He is an insult to writers of all papers and history. He is bitter and is greasy and just mean. This is my review of him as he sees ballet. Get a life. Thank god he pays for his own tickets. If he doesnt then Karma will get him back.
