Just a preview of getting 3 kids into the house after school pick up: Maya (6years old) helped with Isabella - she unbuckled her, lifted her out of the seat and held her hand to cross the parking lot. I was feeling proud of my big girl! Then, Selah, in the Baby KTan carrier starts crying because shes uncomfortable. Isabella (18 months) starts running away from Maya and into the street. Maya is screaming at Bella to stop. Isabella loses a shoe and Maya stops to pick it up. Bella is mad she only has one shoe and Selah is mad because its hot. We get to the door and Bella takes off running into the grass and Maya is yelling at her to come back. She stops Bella and carries her back into the house. Bella has a fit on the stairs and I have to carry her and Selah up the stairs. I put Selah into the swing and Bella to nap and Maya is ready for her snack. ... And thats the beginning of Day 1 on our own without extra hands to help. :)
