Just a quick reminder about custom orders:) we have a lot of new faces and a lot more orders, which equates to longer shipping times. Depending on what is ordered, shipping can take place same day or as long as 9 weeks for a very special custom order. I do my best to get things out as quickly as I can, but I dont sacrifice quality for quantity. Each piece is made by hand, with the very occasional exception for gifts or contests. Every material is hand picked by me. I seek out the best materials at the best prices I can get to provide affordable babywearing options. Each item that is dyed, painted, or drawn, is done by me and by hand. No stencils, no screen printing. Each item is sewn in house by me, each item is washed and cared for by me. Now, this does make it so the wait can be longer than anticipated or than one wants to wait. So I just wanted to put this out there as a friendly reminder:) On top of that, this is our little business in our home. We have a basketball team of littles, one very special needs:) If the wait time is going to be a problem, please let me know:) I will do my best to decrease as I can. And a reminder on communication: if you dont hear from me within one day, I did NOT get your message. Please PLEASE just bump your message. If it is in regards to an order, feel free to call the number on your invoice for prompt attention. Thank you all for being the best customers and fans
