Just a quick update with my own gym training progress: i hadnt been doing any serious training for the past 4 years, although maybe weights at home twice a week, and some chin ups /dips when i was in hk. I regularly fed myself junk food and energy drinks, and was at 93kg at beginning of this year. Since mid-feb, i have been pushing myself to train at least 5-6 times per week. Im happy to say i have dropped 6kg within past 47 days of training, and will keep pushing myself to hit my goal of shredding and cutting to less than 10% body fat by end of this year. No more alkie, no more energy drinks! Success trains, failure complains!
