Just a reminder that all Riders attending the SW BMX Cluster session this Sunday 21st that it will be at Pool Academy, Church Road, Pool, Redruth, Cornwall, TR15 3PZ. This will be an assessment session of your flat skills as well as riding at CBMXRC, for all those riders wanting to be shortlisted for the Inter-regional Team Championships. To speed things along you will need to have completed a Go-Ride Consent Form.... You should be able to get these from your Club Coach or download it from : britishcycling.org.uk/zuvvi/media/bc_files/go_ride/Parental_Consent_2012_Form.pdf Session runs from 10:00 till c15:00, please arrive 15 mins before to pay and complete the register, cost for the day is £10 per rider. Both Clips & Flats will be needed. Riders are also reminded to bring a drinks bottle (pref. Water) plus food or money for food....
