This will definitely be more than just a radio show, but contrary to its appeearance, this wont be an uber-formal, incoherent mess of legalese. The description is mainly for government officials who are now compelled to act on mandatory duties under the pressure of public reason. Its impossible for public servants to ignore the public, since that would be a disservice. All public officials are innocent until proven guilty. Dont forget, daylight savings time is today.
