Just a short little Sunday token i thought i would quickly share with you. After a productive chat with an online client of mine (and a little bit of maths) we managed to work out the following: Training and dieting hard 5 days a week to then let it all blow out for 2 days at the weekend is a pretty typical scenario for many recreational exercisers. When we looked at it, we realized that over time, these 2 binge days would amount to 104 days a year, or if you prefer, almost one third of the whole year. Continuing this pattern over the course of 3 years, would then effectively strike out an entire calender year to the weekend binge. Just something to consider when programming for results, guys!
