So I dunno whats up with my arthritis like pains but the past two days Ive felt great! I wake up in the morning feeling a little stiff but Im not in as much pain as I was last week - I seriously wonder if its just ENERGY SHIFT related. I keep reading about others experiencing body pains ... also I know allergy season is upon us and just wondering if my staying INDOORS is related to not having the pains - because along with the arthritis I was also having serious allergy issues. Can you get physical athritis like pains from seasonal allergies? Hmmmm ... Anyways, Ill have to write another energy shift update tomorrow via my blog. Well I hope your all doing well - April seems to be an intense month - major ups and downs ... a lot of CHRIST, SAINT And ASCENDED MASTER energy too ;) Which makes sense with Easter around the corner lol
