Just a small piece of advice! If you call a tech support company, phone company or any of the like PLEASE PLEASE keep in mind that these people are trying to help you!! It is not their fault your shit is broken and it is not their fault if you dont like their answer or their processes! They dont make the rules... they are just normal people just like you and me working for the people who make the rules! Dont be rude to them as you dont know what that person may be going through in their personal life and all you are managing to do by yelling, cursing and being rude and sarcastic to these people is ruining a perfect strangers day! Over something they cant control... please keep that in mind next time you call a large business that just has normal people answering the phones for them! Thank you and that is all....
