Just a thought. The farthest I can think back in my life was in 1963. I was 2 and a half years old. My mother was sitting in the middle of the living room floor, watching tv and tears rolling down her face. We seldom saw our mother cry. When I ask her what was wrong, she said our president had been killed. I didnt know what that meant but I remember everyone being sad. News television is all we watched for close to a week. I remember the sound of the drums in the burial march and little Jon Jon saluting his father. That has been 50 years. Yet, we have more questions than answers of this event. I have always been intrigued by this. I have done a lot of reading and research on this, have looked at everyones angle on this, and still have no solid answers. JFK was a strong diligent young man who had a lot of ideas that people did not want to adhere to change. Sadly, he was hated for this. I find it one of the saddest parts of our USA history. For those of you old enough to remember this, do you remember where you were when you heard this tragic news?
