Tokyo day 3. Magic day at our WIN Conference . So much joy in the room and the stiffness of conservative Japanese business culture was gone ( at least for the day). The power is increasing as the network grows and so is the enthusiasm and the sense of freedom and I know the participants experience this joyful and serious way as something real. It is. It feels like we are moving and shifting perception of what is possible beyond the event itself . I hope . I am now thankful to fantastic team - Win and hotel too.
