Just a thought. Today I watched several videos of police wrongfully detaining individuals. All kinds of homemade excuses & charges when they realize that they are being recorded. BUT- They are police and just cause u know your rights Id really like it if u didnt let your emotions, anger & frustration get the best of u (civilian with the seemingly >60% chance of being arrested, ticketed or shot anyway) Let that wrong as h#ll cop make a fool of himself on camera while u CALMLY & INTELLIGENTLY state your case. Use no hostile tone or profanity (I know its hard sometimes when ure angry but do it anyway) then see what excuse the cop tries to use to mistreat u. A judge or lawyer may get pissed watching the tape of u cursing the bad cop out- but may be impressed if he sees u use restraint. I think its wise to try to get as many of them on your side or at least not make them more pissed at u and find a loophole to give u a criminal record anyway. So what Im suggesting is that everyone who records mistreatment by cops, CALM DOWN during the recording. Be as mild mannered as u can and see if u get better results... U may even get a bad cop off the streets just cause u impressed someone with your even temper while dealing with his hateful behind. And isnt that the goal anyway. Work smarter not harder. Ijs
