Just after midnight on early Saturday morning, Tulsa Police Officer Clay Hicks, pulled a person from a burning vehicle in the area of 26th and Harvard. The vehicle had collided with a light pole and power lines were stretched across the area. Upon arriving on scene, Officer Hicks learned that citizens had rescued four of the five occupants in the burning but another still remained in the back seat. Officer Hicks rushed to the vehicle, unlocked the door and pulled the disoriented person from the back seat. The driver was reported to have serious leg injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. Officer Hicks was not injured. Great work Officer Hicks!!!
