The NFL has no say in what ESPN plays on TV. The Jesus shirt wasnt allowed to be worn at the press conference by the NFL, but it had nothing to do with the Jesus and religious aspect. The NFL only allows players and coaches to wear official team/NFL attire, attire made by an official sponsor (Nike, NewEra Caps, etc.)or attire with no logos/writing. The NFL doesnt give out free advertising. The NFL isnt anti-religion, the company Not of This World just hasnt paid the NFL for the millions of people who will see RG3s press conference. Essentially giving free advertisement. Brand recognition is huge in marketing, and the NFL wont allow their forum to be used for other brands. #1yardshort
