Just an observation. The modus operandi for the Cochran camp is running nasty, mean, insinuating and out right lies in ads right out of the gate. They use gotcha antics, are silencing the Senator, limiting access, and destroying property of the opposition. They are putting out hit journalism with the help of Geoff Pender and other media that is just good enough to plant doubt for those who wont research. They are deflecting attention of the voters off the issues onto emotional red flags, They are recruiting support from Democrats to vote in the Republican primary, in plain words, they are selling out their stated principles and beliefs to gain something they want, to hell with authenticity and truth. The end justifies the means, no matter how low down, how disingenuous, how compromised, no matter what it does to the party, fellow Republicans or the bigger cause. They can adopt the clear eyes, full heart, cant lose mantra from Mitt Romneys campaign, which I have heard and seen them do. But the truth is, it should be cloudy eyes, dark hearts, cant win. Folks, in my humble opinion, what we are seeing is every-day- Washington politics-way-of-doing-business in this campaign. All Washington, all the time. This is their normal. Now I ask you, having seen Senator Cochran, do you really think he is up to six more years of this? Do you really think if Mississippi re-elects the Senator that HE will be the seat of power for Mississippi? Do you think he is physically capable of being dialed in enough to tackle head on the issues that are going to sink or save our country? The answer is no, and Senator Cochran knows it. America has reached the watershed moment. It is going to take a very strong, determined, smart person of conviction to effect change and stand up in this environment. I want someone in the wheelhouse who is capable, who can stand the line, who will stand UP. I am supporting Chris McDaniel, our only hope, right now, for Mississippi and America.
