Just an update on Robin as of today. She is now walking with a cane and everything has been removed except the colostomy which will stay for several more months. The surgeon has released her and the rehab center is planning on releasing her on July 10th, at which time she will come home with me. She still has nausea but it is improving. She is really pushing so she can get her strength back. Brett is planning on coming the last week in July and hopefully can take her back to Milwaukee. It has been a long haul for her, since May 1st, but she is on the road to recovery. She now realizes how sick she really was and we feel lucky to have had such good medical care at Anne Arundel Med Center and University of Maryland Hospital Center. She is very grateful to all who cared for her, especially the surgeon who performed the long difficult operation. Again, thanks to all of you for your prayers. They worked.
