Just an update on some things - today we will be dealing with a few of the key things that need to be taken care of urgently: Crowd funding Legal Issues Public Liability Insurance Co-ordination PR material Co-ordination Advertising and Marketing Recruitment of people with the the time to commit, appropriate skills set, and experience for specific roles within the structure. Please just all just take a deep breath and have faith that things will come together. We actually do know what needs to be done, we just need to be given the space to free up the time to get on and get is sorted, and recruit the people with the necessary skills set and experience so Craig, TIm, Jan and I can start delegating stuff to people. We suggest that you give us the weekend to get this sorted so that we start next week with a degree of management infrastructure in place - We am very aware that if we dont get some solid foundations in place to support this initiative it will be very difficult to keep this propped up using crisis style management strategies as we have done so far. With the benefit of hindsight, the four of us should have taken a deep breath ourselves at the beginning, and put some of these things in place before we went public - hindsight is always a wonderful thing - and this was a very spontaneous action that gathered momentum at a rate that none of us could have imagined.
