Just arrived at my kids school and wanted to ask what you would do in this situation. Theres a woman whos the grandmother of a boy and girl. The children are under 8 years old. Every time she pulls into the parking lot she is finishing a cigarette with the windows either fully up or slightly cracked. When I see this I wonder because she is a chain smoker and almost always have a cigarette except when she gets out of the car. How would you handle it? Would you say anything to her?
