Just at the Cemetary and heard a woman sobbing at a grave site. So I offered her a hug, we had a good chat for half an hour. She lost her 39 year old son, an engineer to workplace bullying by his boss, that then slid him into relapsing depression. They buried him only 3 months ago. The nicest thing was that our chat gave her hope. Im no saint but the act of kindness can mean a lot to someone. Maybe we all should just take our time to offer a hug when someone is hurting. And thanks to all those who have come over the past couple of nights when Ive needed it. Im sure there will be many more needed to come
