Just came from a panel discussion organized by Ateneo Law-Gender Class, Ateneo Human Right Center (AHRC) and KASAMA for the Women’s Day entitled Women Inspiring Change held on 6 March 2014 at the Justitia Room Ateneo Professional Schools, Rockwell Center, Makati City. I ended my talk with this: Balance. In effecting social change, the balance of the feminine and masculine is not only right, it is practical and a necessity. We need to be firm, rational and strong as we wage a revolution, but as Emma Goldman puts it, If I cant dance to it, its not my revolution. The open forum that came after the inputs was exceptional. Im so happy to take part in it! :-)
