Just came from the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago where there was a meet the stakeholders gathering, where the President of the court presented some changes as how the court will operate so as cut down on the time wasting, I must congratulate her for that effort and I believe it will benefit all workers. I saw all other unions present except our association executives who go to court, and who claim they go to court as not to go to work, this leaves me wondering if the new executives plan to give all matters that arise, to lawyers as they will not be going to court, it is just a thought.
