Just cant promote this enough! I often think about how we give it all away...work, kids, you name it. Most of us arent taught the importance of self-care and even feel selfish when we practice it as if everyone deserves better than we do. Im here as your coach to tell you that not only do you deserve it, you need to invest in yourself. You are allowed and I expect it of you as its necessary to your success in this group! So, get moving, get your H2O on, eat something healthy and delish, get enough sleep, practice self love!
