Just curious and lets keep it civil as Im really holding my tongue on what Id really like to say Whats the difference between a stray dog, which ordinances in town prohibit, and a maintained outside cat nuisance where the cat strays into neighbors yards and causes issues. Would a remedy in respect to private property where the cat is trespassing and the health of the cat, who is the negligent owner I feel, when the approach would be to scare it off (use your imagination on ideas) to capture the cat via a baited animal trap and hand the cat over to animal control then give notice to the cat owner that the outdoor cat is in cat jail?
