What annoys me is when people pick a side first and use the evidence to justify their preconcieved point of view..on BOTH sides. Trying to approach this without letting bias crowd in here is my analysis The release of the video in Ferguson is pretty damning .IF IT IS him... why? 1)kills the narrative of the inncoent poor college student just crossing the street 2) seeing him push around the clerk makes it much easier to believe he resisted arrest and or fought with the cop 3) even of the cop had no knowledge of his crime its not hard to believe HE thought the cop was responding to his robbery and thus might have resisted and or tried to grab the cops gun 4) since there is no video of the shooting it is a he said she said issue .. And now the main witness .. the other kids testimony is seriously called into question given he is the other suspect from the robbery Based on what we know now( still pretty small) if I was on the jury I could not convict the cop .... However Im sure there is much more evidence coming out Lets see where it leads
