Just days away from the KeyBank Vermont City Marathon, our CabotFit bloggers are now in the taper phase of their run prep. One of the things I’ve learned from each of them, though, is the importance of being cross-functionally fit AND having someone to hold you accountable. From Deanna Segrave-Daly of Teaspoon of Spice: Buddy Up: I do boot camp 2x a week at 6 am and there are many times I would have turned off the alarm and had gone back to sleep if I didn’t have to pick up my friend! I also try to do a few 5Ks and one longer race each year to keep me motivated to run. Excited to run to new races this year: the Philadelphia Hot Chocolate 15K and of course, the KeyBank Vermont City Relay with the Cabot Fit Team! ~Regan Jones, RD
