Just did our year-end tally of canned goods. We estimated that we did about 1,500 jars, but it turns out we actually made over 2400! (not counting our greatly expanded refrigerator pickles) We are so happy that this part of our business grows every year-thank you customers! We hope you enjoyed everything. We got a good jump on 2015 today- using the fruit we froze for a quieter day- 85 jars today!
