Just done my first ballet class in 35 years! Was at least 30 years older than anyone else! Could still do it but my centre of gravity has shifted! It is hiding in the extra 15 Kgs somewhere. Hence could not hold a pose for any length of time. Great feeling to get a good sweat up. Had to turn the air con on in the car going home, which was different to the heater on high to get there. Cant wait til next week.
