Bread lagan. About half kilo of chicken fillet cooked with green masala garlic and 1tsp jeeroo powder. 1- 2 potatoes cubed (cook in salt water til tender. All colour peppers diced or only green. Tomatoe chutney of ur choice. 6 slices white bread buttered on both sides. 4eggs and 1/4 cup milk (beat). Cheese for topping. All ing must b cold. Place bread in oven proof dish leting it run on sides of dish. Spread chutney ,sprinkle chicken ,potatoes and peppers. Pour beaten eggs and milk over. Bake. at 180 for about 30 mins. Method Preheat oven to moderate, 180C. Line a 12-hole muffin pan with paper patty cases. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder together. Lightly fold into creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour. Fold in desiccated coconut. Spoon mixture into cases until 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked when tested. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Topping: Combine chocolate and cream in a saucepan. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Set aside for 10 minutes until thickened slightly. Spread icing over cooled cakes. Top with marshmallows. Sprinkle with shredded coconut, peanuts and speckled eggs and flake and drizzle some chocolate on top if desired. Tips: do not fill the cupcake tin with too much batter because your cupcake will rise too high and you wont be able to decorate comfortably. Enjoy!
