Just ended my diet. Got down to 201, so 19 pound loss in 2 weeks. Heres a sample day on my diet: Meal 1. 6 whole eggs, veggies Meal 2. 50g protein shake, tbsp Mac oil, piece of fruit Meal 3. 8oz salmon, salad w/ olive oil Meal 4. 50g protein shake, cup of oats, tbsp peanut butter - Cooked all foods in coconut oil - Supplemented with 8g fish oil/day - 1 gallon of water a day, decreased till weigh-in - Kept salt in till last 2 days - Supplemented with HCL Pepsin/every meal - If I felt tired, I supplemented with 12.5mg ephedrine - Maybe a cup or 2 of coffee or daily Thats it, let me know if you have questions.
