Just finished my own HIIT session at In2great Fitness: After initial mobilisers, Power Plate(PP) and warm up Circuit x 2 for 45sec -Single arm(R) torsonator C&Ps -Curtsy lunge on the PP (active rec) -Single arm(L) torsonator C&Ps -Crawls w/ 16kg ViPR -Squat row on the trx (active rec) 2x Single arm C&Ps 45sec w/60sec rec 2x Sandbell Slams 45sec w/90sec rec Warm down Alt multi directional sandbell step and reach (easy) PP calf flush :-)
