Just finished this book. Simon Pegg is a remarkably humble man who has managed to take his love for genre entertainment and parlay it into a career. The book is full of his anecdotes about meeting the filmmakers (George Romero, Ray Harryhausen, Stephen Spielberg, George Lucas, Peter Jackson, Quentin Tarantino) who created his seminal movies and discovering they enjoyed his work and considered him a peer. He tells a funny story about buying a mask and wandering the convention floor of San Diego Comicon so he could enjoy it as a fan without being recognized.
