Just finished watching Emporer just added by Netflix. The film came out about a year ago. Stars Tommy Lee Jones as General MacArthur. The story takes place right after the A bombs are dropped and the American occupation of Japan begins. All based on true accounts of the war, and the roundup of Japans top military and political leaders, including the major decision whether or not to arrest, try and probably execute Emporer Hirohito, the god Japan went to war over including who was responsible for the attack on Pearl Harbor.
